Please follow the steps below to reset your DCDS password and log into Canvas
1. Go to: https://sspr.dcds.edu/
2. Click Forgot Password:
3. Type in your DCDS username (ie-dharatsa, HAR2603DE, etc.). Then click continue:
4. You will be notified that a One Time Password (OTP) has been sent to the email on file for your DCDS account. You will need to go to your email and grab the OTP to enter it in the OTP field, then hit continue. The email is sent from DCDS Support (support@dcds.edu):
5. Create a new password and confirm the new password. Please ensure to follow the complexity rules (at least 15 characters). Then hit continue.
6. You will be briefly see a notification stating that your password was reset successfully then it will direct you to the DCDS portal to continue logging in.
7. Log in using your newly created password. Use your DCDS username and the new password you just created:
8. Once you log in to the portal, click on the Canvas Icon:
9. If/When asked to log in to Canvas, use your DCDS username and password
Please follow the steps below to reset your DCDS password and log into Canvas
1. Go to: https://sspr.dcds.edu/
2. Click Set Password:
3. Type in your DCDS Student ID, Then click continue:
4. Enter your current password and click Continue. (if you do not know your current password, skip to the bottom)
5. Create a new password and confirm the new password. Please ensure to follow the complexity rules (at least 15 characters). Then hit continue.
6. You will be briefly see a notification stating that your password was reset successfully. If you are not successful, the dialogue box will tell you what was wrong with the password that you entered and it will let you try again.
If you do not know your current password or if your password is expired:
You will need to contact the Helpdesk for assistance with resetting your password. You can either visit the Helpdesk at your school or you can call if you are off-campus. The phone number for the Helpdesk is (248) 430-3744
