Justice Sandra Day O’Conner started this site which believes that the practice of democracy is not passed down through the gene pool. It must be taught and learned anew by each generation of citizens.  The site is loaded with curriculum resources to help teach all aspects of government such as Foundations of Government, Road to the Constitution, Civil Rights and the 2 Branches of Government.  Each subject is loaded with downloadable forms and lessons as well as plans for students to participate in a game at the end of the lesson to demonstrate their skills. Games such as flash cards, case presentation of arguments and virtual racing are built into the lessons!
